User's Guide for VZ Navigator Version 5

Is there any way to obtain a User's Guide for VZ Navigator Version 5 (preferably online)? My local Verizon store says none exists. The clerk had to play with my phone for quite awhile to figure out if there was a "Favorites" feature. He told me how to use it but, as I am a senior citizen, I did not retain the information.  I need it in writing.
