We got a 4G modem for our computer and it doesn't work. Spent hours on tech support and it still doesn't work. Tried to returne it and even though the supervisor swore to me that if I paid the bill on it, and it still didn't work, I could return it. Well I paid the bill and it still doesn't work. Are they letting me return it? NO! They want me to spend another few hours with Tech Support. Obvously their supervisors will lie to you just to get your money!!! Don't order a 4G modem from Verizon.
