Music stopped unexpectedly error

If I try to access Music I get the following message: The application Music (process.com.htc.music) has stopped unexpectedly.  Please try again.  The only option is "Force close".  I have tried both a hard and soft reset, but that has not helped.  Anyone have any solutions????

According to the message, it sounds it could be a memory issue affecting the application accessing your music. Perhaps you could try to make sure you have used an application like advance task killer to clear out apps that are running using memory.

Also perhaps you can try un-installing and re-installing the application to see if this helps resolve the issue with your device.
