What can I use to receive Prepaid Wireless Internet access in El Salvador on my MacBook Pro?!

Long story short, I travel quite frequently to my country (El Salvador) and cannot live without my internet! So what can I do to get internet access i.e. check emails, surf the web, while my time away in El Salvador. I own a MacBook Pro so I'm hoping it will be compatible with the Mac OS X system. Please help!!! 

 

PS. I've heard of those mobile USB's and those prepaid phone cards, but how do those work?

 

PSS. I DON'T WANT TO USE ANYTHING THAT I'D HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT FOR. PREPAID OR PAID IN FULL PREFERABLY.

What you can do is get wireless internet service in El Salvador from an El Salvador provider. VzW doesn't offer international prepaid Mobile BroadBand (MBB) and their contracted roaming rate is $.02/KB or $20.48/MB, there is no plan for international roaming in El Salvador! So yeah, get an El Salvador plan/device/service with a carrier there and use it while you're there.
