Charge has no hotspot function since May 25th very annoying

My new charge which replaced my blackberry has no hotspot function which i use for work when remote area. They said will be fixed in 24 hrs and now 5 days latter still not working and no answers from veriszon not a happy camper here. They need to gie better answers than we are working on it as thats not good enough after 5 days.

A temporary fix posted on the Android Central forums might help you:

"Go into settings put the date/calendar on manual and click it back a month to May. It will work now. Verizon had Samsung program in a stop date of May 31st before they extended the free hot spot to June 15th. Verizon is working on a permanent solution but this will work in the mean time."

I understand your discontent. As I checked our system I learned that we have started to push a software update that will resolve this Mobile Hotspot issue.
