Internet time out on large downloads

Why is Verizon taking advantage of people doing large downloads they always time out?

You don't get your downloads but they charge you like you did how do you get credited for failed downloads?

How and why do they fail using Verizon download manager?

Just as I said using Verizon's USB devices um175 modem every time I try to download 200 Megabytes or more they time out.

And Verizon adds up the Megabytes even if they fails still connected not disconnected.

My buddy who I set up had a 1.7GB DL, and although it took forever, it did occur.
