Can't seem to access voicemail on a phone.

One of the phones under my plan had call forwarding to a 2nd phone under my plan. The 2nd phone was deactivated so I cancelled call forwarding on the first phone by dialing *73. Whenever I tried to access my voicemail on my first phone, it always directs me to the 2nd phone's voicemail even though it was deactivated and gives me a message that the inbox is full.

Are there any ideas that could help me?

Are you calling VM via a Contact that has been set up for VM or manually calling *86? What happens when you attempt to call VM from the phone by dialing the phones number????

I have tried calling VM through the contact list, dialing *86, and through my own number. They all give the same result of trying to go into the deactivated phone's VM.

I tried dialing my VM again today and it seems to connect to someone else's number.

Then you will need to call into CS and have them check out the account. You may want to try calling *228 and choose option 1 also and see if that corrects it.

Also you are calling the 10 digit number for your phone?
