One of the phones under my plan had call forwarding to a 2nd phone under my plan. The 2nd phone was deactivated so I cancelled call forwarding on the first phone by dialing *73. Whenever I tried to access my voicemail on my first phone, it always directs me to the 2nd phone's voicemail even though it was deactivated and gives me a message that the inbox is full.
Are there any ideas that could help me?
