Cell phone to lan line charges

Can someone please tell me if it is free to call from a cell phone to lan line like it is for cell phone carriers? Both being Verizon customers.

Sorry, but mobile to mobile is strictly for Verizon Wireless to Verizon Wireless cell phones. To use your cell phone to call a Verizon landline will charge you minutes against your plan.

mobile to mobile also includes Alltell customers now but not landlines however if you are on a qualifying rate plan you can get the friends and family program which gives you more unlimited numbers you can call. for single lines it is 5 and family shares it is 10 numbers to call unlimitedly.
