Always having to reset modem

Got my new 4G motem problem is if I reboot my computer or leave it for a while I have to reset the modem and wait 10 seconds then do a troubleshoot to reconnect. Am I missing something like a setup issue any help would be appreciated.

What 4G modem are you currently using?

Both modems do this, it's a problem with network. If you check you will see you can still ping but no data getting through. Kind of have to live with it, been like that since December...
