To those posting "blanks":If you're using IE9, click on the "tools" menu and then click on "Compatibility View Settings". Under add website just add "vzw.com" (without the quotes)Or switch to Firefox, or Chrome, or Safari, or an earlier version of IE.Thank you Dirkbonn for this workaround solution!
