Switching numbers

I have a prepaid phone and it just died, can i buy a new prepaid phone and switch the number, if so HOW?

when you get the new phone just call customer service at 1-888-294-6804 and tell them you want to keep your old number.

If you purchase a brand new phone and it comes out of the box, it says press "SEND" to activate. When you do this you select option #2 to place this phone on an existing phone number, enter your number and you're all set. You will want to make sure your old phone is turned off and it will transfer all info to the new phone. Now, if you're using a phone that is not brand new you can dial *22898 from the new phone and select option 2 and enter in your phone number.
