How to disable new device prompt message?

Dear VZW Team,

Everytime I login to my VZW account I get the message like

Your new device has been detected. You are eligible to retrieve your media. Start My Media Retrieval.﻿

But interestingly my device was upgraded about three months back. Despite closing it every time the next instance I login I get the message. How to disable this message from appearing again?

Thank you for your inquiry. The message about My Media Retrieval will appear on your screen after logging in and can be disabled by the prompt that would take you into the application and then you would select: Decline, meaning you don't want to retrieve your media. If it has been greater that 90 days, the message should delete on its own after that time period. I know you mentioned its been three months, but has it been a full 90 days? I would suggest clicking on the decline option if you truly do not want to retrieve your media. The option of My Media Retrieval would apply for 90 days if a phone was replaced under warranty.
