my phone wont send picture mail to my email adress?

i used to be able to....

and then my mom blocked things on my phone because i got grounded.

then she unblocked everything. and now i can send picture mail to other people.

but when i try to send it to my email so i have them on my computer, it acts like it will send then it says "no service, try again later"

then a text message comes and says that the destenation has been blocked by the acount owner.

i asked my mom and she has checked numerous times and she says that nothing is blocked.

what should i do to fix this?

don't know much myself but will it send to another email address?

Try taking your battery out of your phone. Soft resets have been working the kinks out of minute issues like this for years. If the problem persists, find out the status of your warranty and swing by a technical service department with your mom, or the account owner.

Do you get an error message?

Does it show it was successfully sent on your phone in the sent items?

What type of email are you using?

Is it webmail (yahoo mail, google mail etc?

or are you using a mail client like outlook?

Do you receive a message at all?

Do you have spam filtering?
