mobile web not working

At eight this morning I tried to use my mobile web to check my email but after waiting quite a while for it to load a message popped up telling me to call *611 for wireless service. I did this and was told that mobile web was down and they didn't know when it would be back up. Well I tried again about half an hour ago and still no mobile web. Is anyone else having this problem? It is becoming very frustrating. I have a Samsung Alias if that makes any difference.

I too have not been able to use mobile web all day today. I tried earlier and ended up calling customer service. They said the network was down so then I have tried since and I am still not able to. Just getting a white screen and then a few minutes later I get the message about calling *611. I hope it is back up and running soon. I use this feature on my phone multiple times a day! :smileysad:

Yeah, it's been out since O-dark hundred in San Diego, California. It's now 2:20 pm PDT and it's still down. I called Verizon tech support about an hour ago and was told it's out all over and that they are working on it. I'm experiencing severe withdrawel symptoms.
