We just got this phone yesterday--after charging it a message came on saying to take the charger off the phone and save energy--the window light stayed on--this never happened with any other cell phone we've had. Regards, Len
len, after review of any reported equipment issues, I was unable to locate this particular issue regarding the Lg-Cosmos. If you continue to have any issues charging your device, you may stop by a corporate store location to have a hands on evaluation performed on your phone.

This is normal and appears on a number of handsets after the charging process has completed, notifying you that you would save energy by removing the charger from the wall outlet. There's also a checkbox when it pops up that would allow you to not see this message again in the future.
