OK, I think this is pretty bad. I upgraded my phone so I could make International calls last August because I travel to Europe once or twice a year. I didn't even know my phone couldn't do Int'l calls. Well, I wanted an iPhone and they said I had to get another line, which I have no need for, or pay the $649. Really, they would lose a customer over $10 a month. Any ideas?
