exchange account and preview/conversation

I have my work exchange account set up on my Xoom. I keep flipping between a screen with the inbox etc. on the left and the email heading on the right and then one that has the heading on the left and the opened email on the right with conversation mode. I can't figure out what toggles it. Any clues?

Well, if you're in the screen with the folders on the left and emails on the right opening (touching) an email switches to the email list on the left and full email on the right. If you're in the email list on the left, emaiwon the right then back arrow takes you to the folder on the left, emails on-the-job right.
