Do you have to have a special rate or plan to receive/send texts or phone calls to overseas folks?
I have a friend in Poland (im in the states), and he recently got a cell phone.
So of course, we want to start texting/talking to each other via phone, but it keeps telling me that the phone is not working.
Ive looked up the international stuff for verizon, and entered the area code, country code, and all that good stuff correctly, and even found out if he was using a phone that is supported by verizon (aka Play for poland).
But nothing works.
I cant send any texts or make any calls to him.
Do you have to have a special thing on your plan to call overseas?
Or am I doing something wrong?
