How do I unlock my phone...i've seem to have forgotten my screen pattern. please help.
Unlock code should be last 4 digits of phone number. If you don't know the key for the phone and it's NOT programmed choose emergency call dial *228 and program/activate phone and the key will change to last 4 of phone number.
1. Dial *228 (send) from the device and select option 1.
2. Allow the phone to be programmed listing to the when it says it is been completed successfully.
3. The phone should ask you to press OK to reset the phone via powering off and when it powers back on you should be able to access the phone. Please then try the last four digits (defaulted lock code) of the mobile number to try and unlock it. .
