Switched phones last week with daughter. She bought new one and I took hers. Phone is the same as what I had, Samsung Rogue. Since activating her phone on my line the email and BA will not load on phone. Comes up with this message for both apps,: License not found.Insert the card used to download this app.
This happens everytime I go to Media Center>Browse & Download>Mobil Email or backup Assistant.
What card is it talking about? I never used a card on my other phone when I downloaded these apps two yrs ago.
I'm not too worried about BA but I would like to keep getting my emails. I have been to BA online and that did no good. It would not sinc up with my phone, tho it did sinc to my email but would not push it to the phone .
