LG Accolade voice command volume

 I bought 3 LG Accolades for my family. I am unhappy that the audio is not loud enough for me to use remotely while driving...like my old LG was. My Mom is unhappy that the ring is too quiet. I have turned up the master volume on both phones and checked the volume control on the side. What else can I do to get it louder on both counts?

Have you gone under Menu then tools then sound settings and click Voice Clarity?  It does help try that. I have the Accolade and have very good sound quality. I have a friend that clips her cell to the seat belt  up close to her head and uses her cell that way.
