Repair Phone

I have the Samsung Reality. The Send and End buttons on my phone are broken. I used a old phone temporarily until I could get money to possibly buy a new one or get the Reality repaired. I just recently went on the website and found that Verizon no longer carries the phone. Is it still possible I could get it repaired? Even if I have no insurance or warranty on the phone.

Verizon doesn't repair phones. You can call and ask about Certified Pre-Owned phones they have available, they may even have the Reality. If they don't have something you want at a price you like, you'll need to look for a used phone from another source, pay full retail for a device, or wait until you are eligible for an upgrade.

OP/ I know what an inconvenience it can be to have the keys in your device not working properly. I would first recommend to login to My Verizon and check your upgrade eligibility date. I know you would like to have your phone replaced with another Samsung Reality but being that this phone is no longer under inventory you can review our most current devices and compare up to five at a time. That way you can review features available on each device and decide which one is best for you.
