Samsung Note LTE

Will Verizon be carrying the Samsung Note LTE??? I am over my 2 year upgrade but have yet to find a phone that suits my businss needs except for the new Samsung Note. Blogs have said that the FCC has given approval for the note to AT&T's network but not Verizons. What gives? I have been with Verizon since it was owned by GTE but would switch to AT&T if you do not carry this phone. It is your customers that should drive phones, not management! We want the Samsung Note 5.3" in LTE!!!

A better question would be why big red didn't get the Samsung Galaxy S II. The other carriers have several versions of this phone and it is awesome. Samsung recently announced a new version of the S II.

They didn't get a Galaxy S2 because they got the Galaxy Nexus.

I am past my upgrade time, and my battery life sucks on the Droid X, so I need to do something NOW. My contract ends July 1 and if Verizon does not have the Samsung Note by then I am leaving big read and taking my three lines with me to AT&T. I'm sick of Verizon not coming up with the cool phones first. This is THEIR choice! They did it with the iPhone and other cool phones too! Get your act together and get me my NOTE Verizon, or goodbye!

I totally understand how you feel. The only thing that is keeping me on Verizon, my grandfathered unlimited data plan. I have been researching all of the upcoming phones and nothing seems as interesting as the Note. BGR did report of a HTC phone coming out in the fall that will be the Note's competitor. This rumor cannot be confirmed by anyone else and BGR is not the best place to get new from. I'm really thinking about breaking my contract three months early to move back to At&t. It seems silly to move for a phone but Verizon already has several flagship phones and I do not see them adding this as one of them. CTIA is coming up next month, if there is no announcement or hint....I may go too. At&t and Verizon have the same coverage in my area.

Dear Verizon:

bring us the galaxy note or known to Verizon as Samsung galaxy Journal.

instead of subsidizing iphones and losing money, just bring out the samsung note

to keep your current customers and also to gain new customers.

there is a great deal of interest in this phone.

be brave and make whatever deal you must with samsung to secure this phone.

i hope you will realize that this phone fills an important niche that will appeal to people from artists to mathematicians to college students.

This phone can be utilized in a lot of ways because it is just not a phone but a tablet too with a touch pen.

If they are waiting for the HTC version - make it a quad core processor, full compliment of ports, and no less than 5.5".

Mean while for the record the only thing that is keeping me with Verizon is my unlimited data plan. There is no reason we should need to wait for the latest and greatest phone.
