Droid Charge stuck on Droid Eye

Hello, I'm trying to turn on my Droid Charge and it's stuck on the Droid Eye startup animation. All I did was try to change the wallpaper and it didn't change and started going really slow, so I powered it off by holding the lock button and selecting power off. But then I tried turning it back on and it's stuck on the Droid Eye boot animation. How do I fix this?

This is my first replacement, and it would be ridiculous if I would have to get a third. I was happy with this phone at first, but now it's really irritating me. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

I cant express this enough, replacing the device over and over for software related issue isnt a solution... Software malfunction happen and changing a good device because of software issues will have you change it thousands of times but resolves nothing...

Try pulling battery while device is on, count to ten and then place the battery back into device and power it up,

If that doesnt work then I suggest you try clearing cache...

Press and hold the Power button.

Select Power off.

Press and hold the Volume up key+Home key+Power button simultaneuously until the Samsung logo appears then release.

From the Android system recovery screen, select Wipe Cache Partition.

Utilize the Volume Up / Down keys to highlight and the Home key to select.

Thanks. The first two tips didn't work, but I did a complete factory reset and that worked. Just wish I didn't have to lose all of my data. Oh well. Thanks though. I probably would've been getting another replacement.

I can't believe the software on this device has so many flaws, though...
