The Droid 2 started out to be a nice phone. The problem I'm know having is that it lags and needs to be restarted at least once a day to get my email notification. And my voice dial over Bluetooth takes forever to start (and that's when I use a Motorola Bluetooth). The answer from Motorola is pull the battery for 1 minute. That works sometimes for a half day. Why do I need to do this? And why isn't anyone saying anything about the lack of info for Gingerbread on the Droid 2? And I don't mean the Droid 2 Global. Will someone just come out and say its a defective phone and stop us from waiting! Less then 1 year after I got this phone its outdated. Other Motorola's have received the update. And why would anyone want to get another Motorola phone (Droid 3)?? I wanted a keyboard, but not after the nonsupport from them. I guess us Droid customers aren't as important as the "Iphone" customers.
