Need Help With My Razzle Phone!!

My memory card popped out of its place on my phone, and now my screen keeps showing, the Verizon logo, and then, it quickly states, "Please wait, User data is being restore!" It keeps flashing over, over, and over. I've taken the battery out for a couple minutes, and still does the flashing Verizon logo, with, Please wait, user data is being restore. And I've also taken the memory card out for few minutes and does the same thing. HELP! I don't want to buy another phone, I like my Razzle, I just need some troubleshooting on this dilema..PLEASE HELP!!

How did the memory card "pop" out? Perhaps it (the memory card and/or the phone itself) was damaged, so is not being read properly? Have you tried a NEW memory card?

Sumner, the memory card does not affect how the phone boots up or operates. Was the phone dropped when the card popped out? When that message comes up, do you have any options like exit or cancel on the screen? Are you able to get to any other parts of the Menu? Have you tried a different SD card to see if results are different?
