My brand new Razr thinks it is 150 miles away in a town I or it has never been to. How do I tell it where it lives and make it quit reverting back to the other location? I don't care what the weather is there or where the gas stations are etc etc. This is my frist "smart" phone & I'm not so keep it simple. Thanks.

Try going to settings, Location & security, and make sure your location services are turned on...at least coarse services. This will allow the phone to determine a coarse location based on cell towers or wifi. Using gps will use more battery but give a better location when able to receive the signals.
