I have lost my ability to use the Verizon Internet. Was in the Caribbean and disc it, now cant figure out to get access to it. Any help before I go to store
Do you have the phone in "AIRPLANE" mode? (e.g., is there a little airplane icon in upper right corner of the tool bar?) If so, go into SETTINGS / WIRELES & NETWORKS and Turn OFF the AIRPLANE selection.
If you're not in Airplane mode, trying dialing *228 and do option 2 to update your PRL ....
