I have had 2 of my phones now and am so close to an up grade. is it possible to upgrade to a new phone early. i depend on my phone for texting i cant hear on the phone as i am deaf. i need something a little more dependable than the one i got is right now

You may check your eligibility date by dialing #874 from your handset. You will then receive a free text message advising you of when you are eligible for an upgrade. If you are not eligible, you may check the eligibility dates on an alternate line on your account and use their eligibility or by purchasing a device for full retail price. 

 

Additionally, you may check on your upgrade date by logging on www.verizonwireless.com and then click on "Get upgrade status", below the image of your device.
