Verizon i like you a lot and have been with you for a long, long time, buy 1400 muinutes per month with 4 phones and two devices using internet... but I must say I would be sorely tempted to jump ship to At&T etc if you pass on the Samsung Note... it is the ideal/ perfect phone/tablet so many of us --- the dream device we have been waiting and longing for... Please don't disappoint us! You can do it; you OWN Wireless, you are the leader....
Verizon - you are the future with LTE, I would like to voice my BIGGEST VOTE for this Galaxy Note, I can't voice enough to say that this device is going to be a game changer for Verizon, this would set path as a Blackberry of yester years which will be a corporate device in future changing the dynamics. Verizon, please don't miss this chance from your side and from our side as well.
I need this phone. Verizon, what are you DOING? There shouldn't be any questions as to IF you should carry this phone. The time is now. This should be a Christmas item. I'd buy 3 of them. Whoever is in charge of deciding what phones should be carried, should be fired. He/she obviously is clueless.
I will go with you all.
I need NOTE badly!!!!!
Verizon needds to get with it. I would quit Verizon in a heartbeat if the Note becomes available in the US from AT&T or whoever. Better yet, Verizon could keep my business (about $150 a month worth) if they could quickly offer the Note. I am ready to buy soon; I can't wait too long. I have read many of the comments about the Note all over the web and at this point in time it can't be beat for what I need in my view.
Agreed
I just came across this phone and I LOVE it! I have not been this exited about a phone since the first droid came out.. Verizon has brought out many great phones lately BUT they are way to similar to each other and I just don't care for them.. I have been with Verizon a long time now and have 4 lines with them all smart phones, I like Verizon but I will totally switch to at&t for this phone! Please Verizon don't disappoint us!!
Chiming in here.
I check for news about the Galaxy Note on Verizon 2-3 times daily. This is the perfect mobile device for illustrators and creatives that need to present quick ideas visually. Anything larger is pretty ostentatious in a cafe, bar or friends house. I sincerely hope Verizon picks this up and with LTE ability, it's very possible if the use base wants it. Let me again confirm, we do. I go to many meetings where half the staff has iphones or droids, a couple have iPads and the rest have pen and paper. Imagine a true business device that could topple the blackberry, and could be used to actually draw AND show ideas to groups. Perfect size, perfect portability. Plus, I use speakerphone, face recognition and bluetooth in the car, unless I'm at a show (in which case I privately text people) or walking, so I wouldn't hold it up to my ear much anyway (people are a little freaky about the size). Like most people, I text and email 8x more than I talk on a mobile device.
Please Verizon, complete the Galaxy, with Note.
Dear Verizon,
I've been with your company for over 6 years. I will leave for AT&T in a heartbeat if they get the Galaxy Note and Verizon does not.
I too am waiting to hear some news that this is coming to Verizon.
I've decided not to get the new Razr and instead make this my next phone.
I'd like to purchase one for my mother as well.

i'm sure one person matters. i hope they hear you
I'm sure I'm not the only one willing to leave for this phone.

On the Android Phone Blog we were talking about what is taking Verizon so long to incorporate the Galaxy Nexus, a phone that has been introduced all over the world. I guess that either you were having a problem with the phone and 4G LTE or you were adding something that the Note doesn't have. But someone said Verizon just announced a "crap load" of phones so they might be waiting on this one. Here was my response:
You know, this phone is so different and people who decide they want it aren't going to buy something else that is not its equal. You can't want a phone the size of the Note and they decide, ok for two years I'll get a small one. The only option is to go with ATT or whatever large powerful phone comes out next. I'd never buy and 3.5 inch IPhone or Blackberry again or even one that is 4.2 inches.
So, having a hundred other phones is meaningless to me and everyone else who wants a large screen phone . The beauty of Android is diversity and the different size of the Note is something that puts it totally alone from any other phone and it is the most significant difference there is. Dual core 1.2 vs. 1.5 is a difference but not huge. Amoled + vs. Amoled is also not huge. Even Quad vs. Dual core to many of us is not that major a concern. Difference is, I could go for any of the better features and love them if they exist are available but none of them are deal breakers. The size, now that I have come to understand how wonderful it will be for me, is a deal breaker.
I never want a tablet. I have a laptop for that purpose and having to schlep around a tablet is not something I care to do or care to worry about where I put it down or what's going to fall on it. I have no reason for one. If I had little babies or if I was a real estate agent or in some kind of sales, then maybe that would be a bigger issue for me but I am a baby boomer CPA who is tired of reading the web on a 3.2 inch screen.
I became eligible to get a new phone in July and my Blackberry batteries are dying. I have 3 and a separate charger. The Note is a new kind of phone attracting a huge consumer audience. ATT is getting their 4G LTE service going and to buy the Note now from them and have time to learn Android and eventually upgrade to 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich doesn't sound so bad now. If there is a reason why Verizon is not bringing out the phone then maybe we should be given an idea when it will. If we don't hear anything we have to assume some time from mid Q1 2012 to July 2012. I love the Verizon Network and cell coverage (it is by far the best) and I don't want to leave it, but without any signals and my eyes and my batteries getting more tired every day, I might not have a choice. Our entire family is on ATT so moving there wouldn't be horrific, so Verizon, let's hear something from you telling us when.

Well said!
Hope you Verizon guys are reading these posts and checking GN reviews on Amazon and other sites. This phablet is to die for. If AT&T offers this on their LTE network before you do, you've lost my business.
I hate dealing with phones with small screens (that includes you too, Galaxy Nexus) that I was close to giving up on smartphones until I read about the Galaxy Note. If AT&T has a 4G version (I won't buy a 3G phone ever again) then I'll move there and if not then I'll be done with smartphones.
Just look at these specs:
http://www.samsung.com/global/microsite/galaxynote/note/spec.html?type=find
The Note is an iPhone 5 killer! And it's got a SD expansion slot.
I also like the option to stay with Gingerbread until ICS gets a few more updates (Flash, laggy transitions).
I too would be willing to switch for the Note. Come on Verizon.
Dear god, yes. Verizon, are you listening? Don't even try to tell us you made this forum and had no intention of sending your inside people to look here and see what we're thinking!
I've been drooling over this phone since I first heard about it in September. You let the iPhone slip through your fingers and it breathed new life into your only serious competition. Don't make that same mistake again. You keep rolling out disappointing kit and then wonder why no one buys it, and then you let the awe-inspiring stuff slide past you.
Someone said that whoever is responsible for deciding what new phones you opt to sell should be discharged from their duties. I would not be so drastic. I just think they need a refresher course on the direction in which the technologically inclined are moving. That or they should take a good long look at this here message board!
I want this phone BAD. Like, with the burning passion of a trillion fiery suns. I came R - E - A - L close to buying the Dell Streak 5 but I held off because I'd had bad experiences with Dell products. Not that Samsung's track record has been completely spotless as far as I'm concerned, but it certainly outranks any comparable product offered by Dell, and this guy, the Galaxy Note is just...amazing.
Like I said; are you listening, Verizon? Don't blow it this time.
Just wanted to second what everyone else is saying:
Verizon, I really hope you're paying attention. There seems to be quite a few people who are ready to jump ship if you don't give us any word. Present company included.
Add me. I prepare to jump ship if other carriers carry NOTE, but not Verizon, with my 3 lines family plan !
I want Galaxy Note so bad. Verizon, please get this phone!!!
I need a screen bigger than the 4.3" screen on my DX. I was originally going to purchase a Galaxy Nexus, but then realized that the 4.65" screen is effectively no larger than the screen on my DX because the bottom 0.5" of the screen is used for buttons. Now back in the waiting game for a bigger screen. I'd definitely buy the Galaxy Note if Verizon decided to carry it. I'm not on contract, so if they decide not to carry it, I'll be considering jumping ship back to ATT.
My contract with AT&T has expired for some time now and I've been waiting for the right phone to switch to Verizon so I can actually make calls in NY. I thought Verizon would've learned their lesson with the iPhone but it doesn't seem like it's the case. They passed on the Galaxy S II and now they seem to be ignoring the Note. If they think the Nexus (without NFC and with an average camera) will replace these phones, they might get a real surprise. I hope they understand that ICS will not be exclusive for long.
OMG!!!!! I want this phone/tablet soooo badd!!!!! This "PHABLET" is gorgeous!!!! And the size turns me on!! HA!!! PLEASE GET THiS PHONE ON OUR CARRiER!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! I havent found a phone YET that would make me leave my HTC Thunderbolt .. BUT .... Now there is one worthy of my goodness!!!! LOL!!! PLEASE GET THiS PHONE!!! AT&T HERE iCOME if this phone doesnt come to Verizon!!!!!
I would upgrade early to get this phone.
Big red should not pass on the Note!!
Do not let ATT get this little Genius of a phone/tab.
I'd pass on the Nexus to get the Note, when I'm buying next month for my new phone.
Verizon get Galaxy Note! Don't repeat the same mistake you made when you passed on the Iphone.
Definitely agree. My phone doesn't even ring half the time but I've waited 6 months for this phone and I'm definitely getting this phone from Verizon (or changing to AT&T after my last 5 years as a Verizon customer)!
I signed up for an account just to add my vote, that's how awesomely sweet this phone is.
Also, please don't change/mess up the interface/OS!
As in sweet potato?
I've been eligible to upgrade for several years, but I generally prefer texting with the numpad and don't really like touch interfaces. And anyway, there weren't really any phones I liked. I have a hard time navigating my iPod via touch; the buttons are too small! I don't like Blackberries either. (Not that it matters, but I'm not old if you were wondering). But this, THIS is the dream phone I've been waiting for! No compromises!
Hope Verizon gets a white color, Samsung promised more colorways last year.
I've been eligible to upgrade for a few months, now. I've been waiting to see if Verizon is going to pick up the Galaxy Note. I've been very happy with Verizon, I've been with them since they bought Cellular one. I'm going to wait a little while longer before I consider switching providers to get it.
I'm on my 5th smart phone (Droid X) and the Note seems like everything I've spent years hoping for. I hate the thought of switching from Verizon, but..
Registered with this blog just to cast my vote for the Note!
Two years ago I tossed my AT@T Iphone for its spotty service and poor functionality ... and switched to the HTC Incredible for Verizon. The phone has served me well, and Big Red's service has done nothing but satisfy me. But now, as a Big Guy with Big Hands ... that little 3.5 inch screen just ain't cutting it any longer.
I eagerly await the Note for Verizon. Please, keep your loyal customers informed!
Looks like sprint is getting the Note. http://www.sprintfeed.com/2012/01/rumor-galaxy-note-heading-to-sprint/
VZW where are you?
A plus 5 inch phablet like the Galaxy Note (really the only choice right now) is so appealing to me that I am tempted to jump ship to ATT or elsewhere to get it. I carry my 7" Android Toshiba Thrive around everywhere. Frankly, even the Nexus is too small for my older person eyes. Most of the time I use a bluetooth headset, but frankly I'm more often on email or texting. I need screen space. I've thought about using a me-fi or whatever you call them, but then I don't have a phone number for that occasional call unless I use Skype. All problems would be solved with the Galaxy Note. Please, please add it to your stable of Android devices ASAP.
I have been a long-time Verizon Customer and moreover, the company that I work for (approximately 15,000 employees) currently supports ATT and Verizon as company accounts. My family uses Verizon wireless and we use FIOS and their cable channel. All that said; seeing the Galaxy Note or some other super-light 5" plus phone on another carrier could be enough to make me switch. I am lusting for that thing! :-)
So i guess you wan this phone, eh?
Seriously, Verizon. The people have spoken, get this phone or you are going to lose alot of customers to ATT.
