I can't get to my live.com email account

I have a LG Cosmos feature phone (not the touch screen model) with the 75 MB 10.00 Plan. I keep getting an error saying to make sure my browser has Java scripts enabled and if my browser is even capable of running Java. Has anyone ever had this problem?

It sounds like you are trying to access the email via your web browser. Use Mobile Email (included with your 75 MB plan) and set up your live.com account through that, instead of using the browser on the phone.

If you haven't already, make sure you add Mobile Email to your LG Cosmos

I am having the same problem and need the mobile web to work. The mobile email is not adequate when needing to search email account. Is there a resolution to the browser problem?

What phone are you using? If it is the LG Cosmos or another "feature" phone with the $10 / 75 MB data and mobile email, be aware that it is not really intended to be a full featured email application, but rather a way to quickly receive and send email from the phone.

If you are needing full email capabilities, you probably should be using a Blackberry or smartphone with their upgraded and full featured email, allowing you to search, add and view attachments, and other features not available on the basic mobile email app.
