I recently went into the store and updated my old phone to a new Androd Revolution...2 days later I get an e mail telling me if I up date I will rec'v a $100 gift cert...now I called the store they told me to bring a copy in of the e mail..I did they then told me I had to turn in my old phone and do this by computer...Okay now I have tried to do this BUT I do not have a promo code to apply to the form it was not in the e mail and or on my receipt, so therefore it will not accept it....How should I go about getting this promo code and or help in this matter ....long time verizon customer but this is really aggravating me!
