Camera Mirror Effect

Recently when I go to take a picture I've been noticing that my camera will flip the object the opposite way it actually is, almost like looking in a mirror and having the words spelled backwards. Except it flips the whole object! Other times the object is flipped on its side. I then have to take multiple pictures before getting a picture that is the right way. It's very frustrating and I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem and knew a solution. Thanks!

Under the Camera settings there is a option that allows the camera to do a mirror image, sounds like you may have that check.... Open the camera and select Menu and Mirror Mode..

Remeber this option only shows when using the front facing camera....

I can't find the mirror mode you are talking about when i'm in my camera.

UPDATE: Ok. Now that I know you were referring to the front facing camera. I was having this problem with the regular camera not the front facing camera.

Thanks for the suggestions Wildman as I believe you are on the right track. Droidcharge1996, Are you still having a problem adjusting your camera? Are you using an App to take the picture? I have a Droid Charge and the front face camera does show the image and the wording in reverse as it shows a mirror image when using the camera. The regular camera does not have the same affect as the front facing camera does with a mirrored image. I suggest powering off your device, retry taking the picture. Please try without using an App that controls camera functions beyond the standard features on the device itself.
