Can't seem to reset SD card..

Just got a replacement Droid Inc 2 from Verizon.  Issue 1:  SD card, however, even when it's mounted, won't let me format it with the phone.  I went through my computer and deleted some files that way, but I'd like to just reformat it.  Option to do that via SD and storage is greyed out / unavailable.

Issue 2:  I'd like to set up my camera to use the SD card to store the pictures I take, but I can't seem to get it set up correctly. Help please!

From Phone...

Settings / SD and Phone Storage / Unmount SD Card / Now option for format should be present....   After completed click Mount SD Card to use again..

It should default to sd card but if it doesnt try going under your camera app / menu / there should be a option to select storage location and I guess the location need to be sd card storage or something along that line.
