I've barely had this phone three days and already it's defective. No matter how many times I reseat the SIM, the phone will not recognize it. It is as if there is no SIM inserted. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Took it to a store. The SIM is fine. The phone is defective. Since it's an ANR account, I'll be without a phone for a minimum of three days.
Maybee a defective sim card or your info was entered wrong what ever the case return it back to the store an have them give you a new card. an new sims are free. But make sure it's up in running an doing so correctly before you leave the store.
