Droid 3 voice command, tethering not working; battery life terrible

My wife and i received two of the Droid 3s last week. Her is cherry and works well. Mine however, dies every 4 hours, will not search my contacts when using voice commands, will not tether to my PC, and the "forced close" thing is out of hand. 

Any recommendation? (besides iPhone

     Its very frustrating to be having these multiple issues with the Droid 3. I would be happy to look into this for you.

 

       Did these issues start after downloading a certain application? Does it give you a Error message when tethering? You can also check your battery usage on Menu>settings>application>battery use. To see what application is using your battery. How is the voice command not working ? Is it giving wrong names? Please post your responses so we can narrow down what is causing your issue.
