Thunderbolt touchscreen completely unresponsive.

Just received a replacement Thunderbolt. While setting it up the touchscreen began to act up and become unresponsive. After I rebooted it now does not respond to any input. I can’t unlock it so I can't work in it. The soft keys are also unresponsive. Tried the boot into Safe Mode (hold volume-down bar while booting) but that didn’t work. Suggestions?

Try a Soft reset while the phone is on pull the Battery.... while the battery is out of the compartment press down the power on key for 20 sec. then re-install the battery turn it back on see what it does let me know the Results. B33

Thank you I had not seen that one before. Unfortunately the screen is still unersponsive.

Well if she's still un-resonsive bud i would take her the corp.store an show them the problem an see if they can get you another new one. i would'nt hang onto her any longer.
