Samsung SCH-LC11 Hotspot Issues

I have a simple question that maybe someone can answer.  How can I prevent the Hotspot from going into a "dormant/latent" mode?  I have excellent signal where I use it, although I am not in a 4G coverage area.  However it consistently "times out".

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Follow the directions and update the firmware.  Ever since I did that, it's been going great.
