USB Modem

Is there any reason a USB Modem and Data Plan won't work on a Desktop Computer instead of a Laptop?We have one for a Laptop and it works...we are in an area where traditional cable/phone lines are unavailable.Thanks.I am sorry if I posted in the wrong forum-I wasn't sure.

Hi lightninganth,

Our USB modems should work on both laptop and desktop computers. I just have a few questions to clarify this issue. Are you getting an error message when you try to connect? Which 4G device do you have? Do you have VZ Access manager installed on your desktop computer? What operating system are both computers?
