How do I clear/delete the pics/vids in Gallery:My Library?
Since I am unsure what device you have I can not give you the correct method for your device because with some devices there are diffrences...
I perfer the universal method, download QikPic from

within the gallery & where videos are located.
open the folder, menu/select, menu/select all, delete
