Ring tones go silent every couple days.

I've had my Samsung Droid Charge for a little over a month and I've noticed that every couple of days, the ringtones just go silent for some weird reason. I'll get calls and not know it because of this. I'll restart the phone, then it's fine again. Then, about 2 or 3 days later, no sounds again. It's not like I've accidentally turned them off or anything, it just goes silent. ????Anybody else having this issue?

Custom ringtones or the stock included ones?

Both, actually. I've added custom and but everything goes silent. All alerts for incoming messages (text & emails) as well as all ring tones. I don't get it...as soon as I shut down and power back up, it's fine again for a few more days.

Hi Preciousfurs,

I understand how important it is to have your ringtones work when your phone is not set on silent or vibrate, and you are expecting to hear the tones. I have checked my references and this is something that is currently being investigated by our Product Support Team and Samsung. We will keep you posted on any updates.
