Just got an LG Enlighten. It is freezing ALL the time. No rhyme or reason to why or where it happens. Please help! It is so frustrating!
is it the touchscreen? Mine froze last night and it still won't budge. GRRRR! Tried a soft reboot and a recharge and still nothing. I cannot use my phone.
Hi there! If you're having issues with your device freezing, I recommend pulling out the battery. If the device continues to freeze, see if this happens within a specific application.
