I Just got my Droid Incredible 2 and when i turned it on for the first time none of the preloaded stuff was not on there on wallpapers no themes nothing. Should i call verizon for a new phone

This might be a stupid question, but have you activated it yet? I know with some Blackberries, nothing shows up until it's activated on a line.

Were you able to get the preloaded apps on your Incredbile 2? As Kazuni stated, if you do a Master Reset they should all restore on the screen for you. If not, then it seems there may be a defect on that particular phone.
Please let me know if you are still having problems with this.
I did a master Reset the olny thing came back was the verizon wallpaper nothing elese no outher walpers and themes How do i get his phone replased because i have a business account
