Stratosphere not connecting to data

It is not the phone right??? I got the phone Thurs, Fri it worked wonderful. Then all weekend if I wasn't at home (wireless) I could not get the data. I spoke with them this morning, Monday, and they said it wasn't the phone but the coverage may have an issue. I have read that there are problems with this phone and data connecting. Please tell me I am wrong, I love it so far!!! I can't get pictures on my phone!

Here's the PDF format Manual for the Stratosphere you might take a look at it An it could be what it's set on in the Radio that's causing this i would call customer Services an ask a Tech to go over a few things with you. if the Radio is on a setting that won't compensate what the tower is transmitting you could see a slight issue. An it might be your in an area that's on the fring of the 4G signal. What Area or City are you closes to if you let me know i can see if your in a 4G area. She went over a few things this morning but didn't see anything. I am in the knoxville/sevierville area, 37862. If I do a hard reset will that help?

@Belle341: I done some looking on the Verizon Coverage map an it's showing 4G in your area but it would i would say depend on were your at i 'm going to post a link on here just take your mouse an click on it an it will show you the Map the Stick pin on the map is your Zip so take a look. An as for the Fr i would put that on hold for a day or so Do this if you can. Take a little drive if you can in your Area While some one is driving for ya if possible see what that phone does if your signal changes an see if it improves from when your at home if it stays the same Belle i would take it back to the store for some more in depth Questions if they say they'll replace it with a new one don't hesitate. Ok as you only have 14 days for the return of it. Give this a Try an see if that works for ya. An let me know the Resolts. B33

I have figured it out! It was a battery saver app I had downloaded. I searched it on the internet. Download app Any Cut. Save a short cut for APN's, restore setting. It is working flawlessly!!! No hard reset!!

I now have data!
