History/Calls/Text: Is someone tracking me?

I noticed that if, from the home page you press Contacts and than at the top of the screen press History every CALL, TEXT, and EMAIL message ID is listed.  In my case every one since the first day I owned the phone is listed there.  It's a very long file.

 

I tried and CANNOT delete the data in this file!  I even used the USB cable to try and find the file/data in my phone and no luck.

 

This made me think of all the APPs that say they REQUIRE access to almost all my files.  I would like to completely erase all the  data in the HISTORY file.  I cannot even find where it is stored. 

 

Does anyone know how to completely and permanently erase the data in the HISTORY file???

I was able to delete all History from this screen by pressing the Menu button. I got a message something like "SMS message cannot be deleted". I clicked don't show again, and then I got a screen that allowed me to select all and delete.

Good luck. BTW, I never worry about anyone tracking me. My defense is too lead the most boring life possible so that no one would be interested in doing anything with my data, even if they got access to it!
