My BUA was working until the last month or so. When I tell it to backup it asks for my pin. I put the correct pin in but it tells me it isn't correct. I then ask for the correct pin number. It provides me with the one I was trying to put in. I have tried changing my pin but it tells me my old pin is incorrect (the one that it gives me). I tried backing it up to my computer and it still won't add the last 7 that the phone wouldn't back up. Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall the BUA on the phone? I can't see any options for that. I just spent 30 minutes manually adding my new contacts to my computer. What a pain. My previous Blackberry had no issues with BUA.
