My Samsung Gusto won't work. It has been vibrating for a hour now. No matter what buttons I push, nothing else happens. It is unusable.

It sounds like you have the vibrate mode activated and then for some reason it froze on you. Are you still having this issue with your phone or has it started working again? I would suggest you power off your device for doing a soft reset. Afterwards, using your dial pad, press the # key just below the 9 key on the lower right to take the phone out of vibrate mode. This should correct the issue and here's a link to our website for additional assistance with your device. On page 15 of the user manuel shows this reference.
