no. i tryed to return it to the owner but they said they wouldnt accept refunds ! & now im trynna unlockk it !

That's too bad the phone arrived locked. If it is just the screen, a simple 'alternative' hard reset (steps: http://bit.ly/RAZRreset) will unlock it. If it has previously been reported as lost/stolen, or still activate on another account, then we cannot activate it for you regardless. It also must be a Verizon Wireless branded DROID RAZR. I hope the reset resolves all of your concerns.
