Accidently locked myself out of phone i dont remember password to?

I just got this phone as a hammy down from my mom,

and i accidently locked myself out of it.

Is there anyway i can get back onto it without knowing the password?

PLEASEHELP.

Oh, no! Getting locked out of your device is never good. To better assist you, I would need a bit more clarifiaction. When you say you are you locked out of your phone, do you mean your unlock screen, or your iCloud?
