Several apps not working! (Market, gmail, etc.)

I just purchased my Droid Incredible 2 this Sunday September 11, 2011 and my apps arent working! I tried opening the market and all I see is a white screen for a second or two and then it goes back to my home screen. The same goes for the others. Help please!

I dont whats going on with the Incredible lately, this is becoming a normal bug, is the apps showing in the app drawer?

Verizon did a software update to droid incredibles. Apps notworking. They are doing a rollout update. Coming "soon".

Maguilar5, thanks for bringing up this issue. Thanks to everyone that responded. The software update did affect applications that were installed on the SD card, but should not affect pre-installed applications. Try clearing data from Gmail and the Market to see if you are able to access these applications. If you are still having this issue, boot the phone into safe mode to see if an application may be causing the issue. The last step, if other steps have not resolved, would be a hard reset.

I've had this issue in the pay and a factory reset fixed it.
